Green Thumb Fabrics is a family owned business. I'm Michelle, a stay at home mom to two young kids, and Tim, my husband, is a graduate from a Master of Family Therapy program at a private Christian university and is now a MFT Intern.
When I decided to cloth diaper my youngest son, I discovered the benefit of bamboo fabrics. So I went searching for fabric sources all over the internet, found some co-ops, and I bought some fabrics to try my hand at making some of my own diapers for my son. But lo and behold, while I was searching for a quilting shop, I chanced upon local source that manufactures and sells bamboo fabrics in China. I quickly realized how that would reduce some carbon footprint by not having to ship the fabrics to myself then to resell the fabrics. So I have decided to sell the fabrics direct to my customers for a more affordable price for those who do not want to bother signing up for co-ops or discount clubs.Tim is my right hand man, helping where ever he can. You can be assured that as a small, family owned business, we take care of our customers one at at time. We are not a big company concerned only with the bottom line. We strive to please with quality products that we personally love.
